What does an individual session with a sports psychologist involve?

As a sports psychologist, I want to get to know you better, your needs and the challenges you face as an athlete. Therefore, during the session we will aim to create a trusted ‘safe haven’ where you would find peace of mind and professional support. I will also provide you with useful tools for mental coaching.

The steps we will go through together:

  • development of a Practical Action Programme,

  • working on specific issues.

What will we work on?

During one-to-one sessions, I will teach you how to cope in a sporting environment to improve your achievements. For anyone interested in this field, I have prepared a professional workshop in sports psychology based on my original mental training programme. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and develop skills that have a direct impact on building a strong team.

The workshop touches on basic psychoeducation in the field of sport psychology and the issue of cognitive and psychomotor training to strengthen concentration, attention and memory.
